Pune, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 — Sanjay S Karmarkar has taken on a new role as Vice President – Talent Acquisition at Jade Global, a global IT consulting firm renowned for delivering innovative digital transformation solutions across industries. Based in Pune, he will spearhead the company’s talent strategy to support its rapidly growing operations across global markets.
Sanjay brings over two decades of deep expertise in human resources, technical recruitment, and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of scaling hiring operations across geographies and business units. Prior to joining Jade Global, he served for more than 17 years at Persistent Systems in various key leadership roles, most recently as Geo Head – Talent Acquisition, where he led talent strategies across the UK, Canada, and India.
Earlier in his career, Sanjay held HR leadership and talent acquisition roles at Conexant Systems, KPIT Cummins Infosystems, Texas Instruments, Intel Corporation, and Wipro, refining his capabilities in technical hiring, HR operations, and global workforce planning. His foundation in both operational excellence and strategic thinking has made him a respected figure in the talent space.
Sanjay began his career as Manager – Training at Bit Mapper Integration Technologies, where he contributed to VLSI training and HR development, setting the stage for a future dedicated to talent development and organizational growth.
