Hyderabad, India, June 2026 – Coromandel International Limited has appointed Ramana Murty Bhogi as Associate Vice President – Human Resources, strengthening its people leadership capabilities as the company continues to expand its operations across India’s agriculture and allied sectors.
Ramana joins Coromandel International with nearly two decades of experience across Human Resources, Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), workforce management, and manufacturing HR leadership. Throughout his career, he has built deep expertise in managing large-scale industrial workforces across diverse sectors including pharmaceuticals, cement, FMCG, beverages, automobiles, and tire manufacturing.
Prior to joining Coromandel International, Ramana was associated with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he served as Site HR Head and Industrial Relations Expert for the Andhra Pradesh cluster. In this role, he was responsible for leading employee relations strategies, strengthening industrial harmony, and supporting workforce governance across manufacturing operations.
Before Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Ramana spent nearly four years with UltraTech Cement as General Manager – Employee Relations, where he led ER initiatives for one of the company’s mega cement plants while supporting multiple manufacturing units on industrial relations and workforce management matters.
His earlier leadership experience includes key HR and employee relations roles with Unilever, United Breweries, Mahindra & Mahindra, The Coca-Cola Company, and MRF. Across these organizations, he has successfully led initiatives spanning employee engagement, industrial relations, labor compliance, workforce planning, performance management, welfare programs, and HR operations.
With extensive experience in navigating complex manufacturing environments and building constructive employee-management relationships, Ramana brings a strong combination of strategic HR leadership and operational expertise. His track record in fostering industrial harmony, strengthening workforce productivity, and ensuring compliance excellence positions him well to support Coromandel International’s continued growth and transformation journey.
In his new role as Associate Vice President – Human Resources, Ramana will be responsible for advancing the company’s people agenda, strengthening employee engagement and industrial relations frameworks, supporting leadership development, and enhancing workforce capabilities across its manufacturing and business operations.
His appointment reflects Coromandel International’s continued commitment to investing in experienced HR leadership as it expands its position as one of India’s leading agri-solutions and crop nutrition companies.
