With a strong background in building high-performance cultures across the technology and fintech sectors, Courtney brings extensive experience in people leadership, talent strategy, and business transformation to her new role.
At Titan FX, Courtney will focus on driving talent excellence, employee engagement, and leadership development across the company’s rapidly growing operations spanning the Asia-Pacific and European regions.
Before joining Titan FX, Courtney Gibbs served as Chief People Officer at Technium Services, where she played a key role in shaping the organization’s people and culture strategy during a period of expansion. Her leadership helped strengthen talent frameworks and improve employee experience across hybrid and international teams.
Prior to that, she was Head of People & Culture at Technium Services, where she established the foundation for modern HR practices focused on inclusion, learning, and performance alignment.
Earlier, Courtney held the role of Head of People at Whispir, a leading communications technology company. There, she led HR transformation initiatives and introduced scalable talent programs to support organizational growth and digital agility.
Her career also includes an impactful tenure at Moula, where she advanced through multiple leadership roles — from Talent & Capability Manager to Head of People Experience — building frameworks for capability development and employee engagement that helped the company scale efficiently.
Before her time in fintech, Courtney spent over eight years with SilverStripe in Wellington, New Zealand, where she grew from HR Advisor to HR Manager, leading HR operations, employee relations, and workforce planning for a dynamic software development environment.
