Noral Wild, who has recently joined Cushman & Wakefield as the Head of Alternatives, brings over 28 years of commercial real estate experience to her new role as CEO of Australia & New Zealand. With a robust background that includes leadership roles at prominent firms such as JB Were, EY, and JLL, as well as a decade running her own construction company, Wild is well-positioned to drive market recovery and growth in the region. She expressed her enthusiasm for leading the team and her commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture within the company.
Natalie Craig, transitioning from her role as Managing Director of C&W Services, brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate to her new position as CEO of Singapore. With a solid background that includes stints at CBRE, Macquarie Bank, and Minter Ellison, Craig’s leadership is expected to catalyze growth across Cushman & Wakefield’s Singapore business. Her focus will be on capitalizing on growth opportunities, particularly in government sectors, logistics, industrial sectors, and energy management in alignment with Singapore’s Green Plan 2030.
Anshul Jain will maintain his leadership over the Singapore CRE business, in addition to his roles as Chief Executive of India & Southeast Asia and Head of APAC Tenant Representation, underscoring the strategic continuity in the firm’s leadership across the region.
