In her new role, Lucy will lead people strategy, organisational transformation, and leadership development, supporting the company’s mission to deliver innovation and sustainability across the food and beverage industry.
In addition to her new appointment, Lucy continues to serve as Founder and Managing Director at Rinnovo Consulting Limited, where she supports HR professionals and mid-sized businesses with strategic capability building, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness. Her work bridges real-time execution with expert insight, helping clients navigate complex people challenges.
Previously, Lucy was Director of BRC Learning at the British Retail Consortium, where she grew the commercial leadership development business from scratch, delivering impactful training to over 1,000 retail leaders. Prior to that, she held the role of Chief People Officer at Card Factory, where she built and executed the company’s first comprehensive people strategy covering reward, performance, systems, and leadership development.
She has also held senior HR leadership roles at Argos, TUI, Barclays, and Tesco, giving her over 25 years of rich cross-sector experience in both corporate and consulting settings.
