Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, April 2025 – Dr. Hardip Baria has taken on a new role as Vice President – Human Resources at Gruner Renewable Energy, a sustainable energy company focused on converting biomass and biowaste into renewable fuel. In his new position, Dr. Baria will lead the organization’s people strategy, driving transformation initiatives across talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Prior to this, Dr. Baria served as General Manager – HR & Administration at Omnitech Engineering Pvt. Ltd., where he led high-impact HR strategies aligned with operational goals and played a key role in streamlining administrative processes. He also held the role of Head of HR & Administration at IBCC Industries Inc., a U.S.-based precision engineering firm, where he spearheaded talent initiatives and global policy integration.
Before that, Dr. Baria worked as an independent HR Talent Management Consultant, offering strategic support across diverse industries including oil & gas, FMCG, and IT. He also spent nearly 12 years at Gujarat Gas Limited, where he held several senior HR leadership positions, including Associate Vice President – Human Resources, and led key initiatives in change management, M&A, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Baria held HR and engineering leadership roles at Essar Oil & Gas and Uttam Galva Steels Ltd., gaining a well-rounded view of the industrial and energy sectors. He holds a PGDBM from SVKM’s NMIMS and an Honorary Doctorate in Human Resources from Dunster Business School, Switzerland.
