Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, November 2024 – Cyril Fernandez has rejoined Verticurl, a division of Ogilvy, as Director – Human Resources. Based in India, Cyril will oversee HR strategies and operations, aligning them with Verticurl’s mission of enabling multinational organizations to achieve marketing and operational excellence through cutting-edge MarTech solutions.
Cyril brings a wealth of HR expertise to his new role. Before rejoining Verticurl, he served as Process Manager – Compensation & Benefits at Avantor for over two years, where he specialized in compensation strategy, employee benefits, and process improvements to enhance workforce satisfaction.
Previously, Cyril was Human Resources Manager at Verticurl for nearly three years, where he contributed to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR policy formulation for the organization’s operations in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Cyril’s earlier career includes a tenure of nearly five years as HR Business Partner at VWR, part of Avantor, where he focused on strategic HR initiatives, employee relations, and workforce planning. Prior to that, he worked as part of the Human Resources team at Bosch Global Software Technologies, managing HR functions and supporting organizational objectives for almost four years.
Cyril also gained valuable experience in client-facing roles as a Business Development Executive at CG-VAK Software & Exports Ltd. and as an Associate – Mortgage Payments at Ocwen Financial Corporation.
