Kentucky, United States, November 2024 – Dan Benjamin has joined St. Elizabeth Healthcare as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development. In his new role, Dan will oversee strategic recruitment and workforce development initiatives, driving innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent while aligning with the healthcare provider’s mission to deliver compassionate and comprehensive care.
Dan brings over two decades of expertise in talent acquisition, workforce development, and leadership. Prior to joining St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Dan served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Spotless Brands, where he led recruitment strategies and operational improvements to support the organization’s growth.
Previously, Dan held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at Uptake, a Chicago-based SaaS company, where he developed strategies for employer branding, process improvement, and workforce planning. His efforts contributed to the organization’s streamlined hiring processes and increased operational efficiency.
Dan also served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Rewards Network, where he led a team responsible for over 180 hires annually, significantly reduced agency spend, and implemented innovative recruitment strategies, including a new ATS system and enhanced employer branding initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Dan held progressive leadership roles at Sears Auto Center, where he managed a team of 22 recruiters, reduced time-to-fill metrics, and spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive employment branding strategy.
