Dan previously served as People Operations Director at Nuffield Health, leading a robust operational HR team of approximately 150 members across key functions, including Strategic HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services, Employee Relations, HR Technology, and People Strategy. His efforts focused on driving an efficient and cohesive HR structure to support the organization’s mission.
Before joining Nuffield Health, Dan spent nearly nine years at Asda, where he held multiple key roles, including Head of Organisational Design, where he led transformative initiatives in organizational change. As Senior HR Business Partner within Asda’s Global Business Services, he collaborated closely with various departments, further refining his HR expertise.
Dan’s career began with experience in the retail sector, including roles with Woolworths Plc and TUI, where he honed his skills in management and customer-focused service, foundational experiences that informed his future HR leadership style.
