Phoenix, Arizona, United States, January 2026 — American Dental Companies has appointed Dana Harper as Vice President of Human Resources, strengthening the organisation’s leadership bench as it continues to scale its private-equity-backed dental services platform across the United States.
In her new role, Dana Harper serves as a Vice President–level leader accountable for operational scale and organisational transformation within the high-growth healthcare platform. She partners closely with the executive leadership team to build structure, optimise people systems and enable sustainable, compliant growth across affiliated dental practices.
Before joining American Dental Companies, Dana led global people strategy and systems architecture at ProKo Agency Inc for nearly six years, where she designed and executed scalable people operations frameworks for large, mid-sized and private-equity-backed enterprises, converting human capital strategy into quantifiable business value through compliant, technology-enabled systems.
Earlier, she spent seven years at Accenture as Senior Director, HR BPO, Talent Acquisition and HR Strategy, driving P&L growth, strategic market expansion and the development of high-performing human capital strategy models that aligned talent strategy directly with revenue outcomes.
She also served as Director, Global Human Capital Management at GE HealthCare, where she established global HCM and talent management frameworks following M&A activity across Europe, applying executive HR development expertise to deliver global systems integration and business performance targets.
Dana began her career building deep, cross-cultural human capital strategy expertise across Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia, leading learning and development and talent management programmes for government and enterprise clients.
