Earlier, she spent seven years at Accenture as Senior Director, HR BPO, Talent Acquisition and HR Strategy, driving P&L growth, strategic market expansion and the development of high-performing human capital strategy models that aligned talent strategy directly with revenue outcomes.

She also served as Director, Global Human Capital Management at GE HealthCare, where she established global HCM and talent management frameworks following M&A activity across Europe, applying executive HR development expertise to deliver global systems integration and business performance targets.

Dana began her career building deep, cross-cultural human capital strategy expertise across Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia, leading learning and development and talent management programmes for government and enterprise clients.
