Austin, Texas, United States, December 2025 — Daniel Davis has stepped into the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at EP3 by Connamara Technologies, marking an important leadership transition at the organization. In this new capacity, he is responsible for driving revenue strategy, scaling growth initiatives, and shaping the commercial direction of EP3’s marketplace and exchange solutions built on Connamara’s flagship matching engine software.
Before stepping into the CRO role, Daniel Davis served as Head of Growth at EP3 by Connamara Technologies, where he led growth initiatives for more than three years. His work centered on empowering exchanges and marketplaces with EP3’s advanced technology, strengthening go-to-market strategy, and expanding adoption across the capital markets ecosystem.
Prior to joining EP3, he worked as Director of Strategic Projects at WorkTango Inc., partnering with Vista Equity Partners to implement strategic programs that enhanced operational performance and employee experience. His contributions supported organizational transformation and alignment with long-term strategic goals.
Earlier, Daniel Davis spent over three years at PIMCO as a Senior Associate, contributing to sales strategy and participating in the firm’s Innovation Council. His experience further includes a tenure at Dimensional Fund Advisors as an Associate, where he supported investment operations and sales-related initiatives.
He began his career with analytical roles at Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers LLC as a Hedge Fund Analyst and at MKM Partners as a Research and Trading Summer Analyst, gaining early exposure to hedge fund operations, trading strategies, and capital market research.
