Salt Lake City, Utah, United States, November 2024 – Danielle Kensinger has been named Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition at Cushman & Wakefield. In this key leadership role, Danielle will oversee a team of over 160 recruitment professionals, driving global talent acquisition strategies to optimize staffing, enhance candidate attraction, and deliver integrated HR solutions across regions and service lines.
Danielle brings an impressive track record in talent acquisition and HR leadership to her new role. Prior to this appointment, she served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Cushman & Wakefield, where she led the recruitment strategy for APAC, C&W Services, and specialty talent segments such as Skilled Trades and Early Career programs. Under her guidance, the organization developed innovative approaches to attract and retain critical talent while implementing impactful Learning & Development initiatives for skilled trades globally.
Previously, Danielle was Director, Specialty Talent Segments at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on talent development and strategic partnerships with academic institutions. Her efforts led to the successful creation and implementation of early talent programs, strengthening the organization’s future workforce pipeline.
Danielle also spent nearly nine years at Kiewit, where she held various leadership roles, including Sr. University Recruiting & Relations Manager and Global Compensation Manager. Her experience included developing strategic recruiting programs, leading HR initiatives for large-scale construction projects, and managing compensation strategies across global regions.
Her HR career began with Rolls-Royce, where she progressed through their HR Leadership Development Program, gaining valuable expertise in HR business partnering, employee engagement, and performance management.
