In her new role, she will lead efforts to cultivate an environment where innovation thrives, and team members are encouraged to reach their full potential. McCoy is dedicated to fostering Raft’s growth by investing in the people who drive the company’s mission forward.
Danielle McCoy joined Raft in November 2022 as Senior Director of People. During her tenure, she oversaw HR initiatives focused on talent development and organizational culture, helping Raft navigate growth and transformation while maintaining a strong people-centric approach. She was instrumental in building high-performing teams and optimizing HR operations, aligning them with the company’s strategic goals.
Prior to Raft, McCoy served as Head of People and Culture, Americas at Nuix, where she was responsible for creating and leading HR programs that supported business transformation across the region. Before that, she worked at Angi as Director of HR, leading the organization’s HR strategy and operations in the Washington D.C. Metro area.
Earlier in her career, McCoy held various HR leadership roles at mHelpDesk and HireStrategy, where she focused on talent management and recruitment across multiple industries.
