Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, September 2024 – Danielle Walker has been named the Chief People Officer at The Three Thousands, a rapidly growing game development studio. In her new role, Danielle will lead the company’s HR strategies, drive talent acquisition, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence. As The Three Thousands continues to expand its digital ecosystem and create genre-defining games, Danielle’s leadership will be crucial in aligning HR functions with the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Before joining The Three Thousands, Danielle held several leadership roles at Electronic Arts (EA), where she served as Senior Manager People Practices for nine months. In this role, she oversaw the development and implementation of people strategies that supported new hires, offboarding, and onboarding processes.

Prior to this, Danielle spent over two years as People Practices Manager at EA, where she led global HR initiatives and partnered with senior leaders to improve employee engagement and streamline HR operations.

Before her time at EA, Danielle was Senior Human Resources Generalist at Rockwell Automation for nearly three years, where she managed various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Earlier in her career, Danielle worked as a Workplace Relations Helpline Advisor at the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where she gained extensive experience in industrial relations, providing advice to businesses on workplace laws and employee rights.

Danielle’s HR career began at Bay Building Group as a Human Resources Coordinator, where she honed her skills in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
