Delhi, India, October 2024 – Nitin Khindria has been promoted to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Omega Seiki Mobility, where he will focus on driving the company’s human resources strategies to support its long-term goals. Khindria expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him by Uday Narang and other stakeholders at Omega Seiki, stating that he is excited to contribute to the company’s continued success.
Nitin Khindria most recently held the role of Head of HR at Omega Seiki Mobility, where he was responsible for overseeing HR functions such as strategic planning, resource management, and talent acquisition. During his tenure of around 8 months, he successfully implemented HR initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives and played a key role in shaping the HR department to support the company’s rapid growth.
Before joining Omega Seiki, Khindria served as Corporate HR Head at Dalmia Biz Pvt. Ltd. for over a year. In this role, he managed HR functions across several start-up businesses, including FMCG, EV, healthcare, and media, further honing his strategic human resource planning and operational management skills.
At Action TESA, where Khindria spent three years as GM-HR, he led the HR transformation, including recruiting 600+ employees and reducing attrition by 14%. His leadership resulted in achieving Great Place to Work recognition and the digitalization of HR processes.
Khindria’s extensive experience also includes his role as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited, where he managed HR for 20,000 employees and led restructuring, compliance, and talent management efforts.
