Whitewater, Wisconsin, United States, March 2025 – Darcy Rallo has been appointed as Vice President, Director of Human Resources at First Citizens State Bank. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the bank’s human resources strategy, overseeing talent management, and enhancing employee engagement across multiple branches.
Rallo has been with First Citizens State Bank for nearly two years, previously serving as Human Resources Officer. During her tenure, she has played a key role in optimizing HR operations, supporting workforce development, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Prior to joining First Citizens State Bank, she spent nearly 11 years at First National Bank and Trust, where she held multiple roles. She served as Human Resources Generalist for almost six years, focusing on employee relations, HR compliance, and talent acquisition. Before that, she was Human Resources Specialist for five years, where she managed payroll processing, benefits administration, and recruitment processes while collaborating on training initiatives.
She holds a degree in HR Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin, which has equipped her with a strong foundation in human resources strategy and operations.
