Bend, Oregon, USA, October 2024 – Darla Downing-Williams has taken on the role of Head of Talent & People at Relai, a leading Switzerland-based Bitcoin-only app. Reporting directly to the COO/CFO, Darla will be responsible for driving the talent and people strategy at Relai as the company continues to grow and expand its global footprint.
Before joining Relai, Darla was the People and Culture Manager at Swan Bitcoin, where she led key HR initiatives, including the implementation of Greenhouse ATS, driving compliance efforts, and improving employee experience. Her deep expertise in compliance, talent acquisition, and employee engagement was instrumental during her time at Swan.
Prior to Swan Bitcoin, Darla served as the Head of Talent Operations at Netlify, where she oversaw a 400% growth in global headcount and successfully implemented scalable operational strategies. She also led a team responsible for global hiring processes and maintained high NPS scores in candidate experience.
Earlier in her career, Darla held various roles at Granular and ZOZI, where she honed her skills in technical recruiting, employee engagement, and operations management. She also served as the Lead Generation Manager at Customer Lobby, where she was promoted twice for her leadership in recruiting and team management.
