Dublin, Ireland, October 2024 – Rachel Keppel has joined SoSafe as the Head of People Operations, where she will lead the human resources strategy and help scale the company’s people function as it continues to grow and thrive in the cybersecurity industry.
Before joining SoSafe, Rachel spent over seven years at Groupon, most recently serving as Director of HR Operations EMEA and NAM, where she was responsible for leading global HR delivery partners and optimizing employee experiences across regions. She previously held roles at Groupon as Senior Manager for EMEA and NA HR Operations and Senior HR Business Partner, during which she helped drive HR operations excellence and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, Rachel served as HR Business Partner at Arvato CRM Solutions, providing HR strategies and solutions, and as an HR Operations Analyst at Yahoo, where she honed her skills in global HR management and problem-solving. Her expertise in recruitment began with roles as Recruitment Specialist at NGA Human Resources and Consultant at Morgan McKinley.
