Joining Arafura’s Board as a non-executive director in November 2021, Cuzzubbo quickly became an integral part of the team. By September 2023, his role expanded to provide management support, utilizing his extensive experience from over 30 years in the field. His tenure at Broken Hill Proprietary Company Limited (BHP) and management of operations like Olympic Dam has equipped him with unparalleled expertise in handling complex operations and projects across the globe.
