In this role, she will lead global learning initiatives, drive talent development strategies, and oversee HR operations for India, ensuring a strong workforce and a high-performing organizational culture.
Before this, Annapurna served as Head of HR & Administration (India, South Asia & Dubai) and Head – Global Talent Acquisition at Fime, where she played a crucial role in talent acquisition, leadership development, and HR strategy. She is also the Founder of Emotionalytics & Co., an initiative focused on emotional intelligence and leadership development.
Annapurna’s career spans leadership roles at Inspirage, e2E Rail, Essilor India, Manhattan Associates, and HAL, where she has contributed significantly to organizational development, HR strategy, and talent management. With over two decades of experience in human resources, her expertise in HR transformation, learning, and leadership development will be instrumental in shaping Fime’s future workforce strategies.
