Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland, September 2024 – Jonna Jansson has been appointed as the new Head of People & Culture at Midagon Finland. In this role, Jansson will oversee people management strategies and culture development to support Midagon’s continued growth and transformation projects.
Jonna Jansson joins Midagon Finland as Head of People & Culture after serving as People Manager at Midagon Finland for approximately two years. In this role, she managed HR functions and contributed to the overall people management strategy.
Prior to her tenure at Midagon Finland, Jonna was the Head of Recruitment at Lassila & Tikanoja for about five months. Her responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and leading talent acquisition initiatives.
Before joining Lassila & Tikanoja, Jonna served as Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager at Alko Oy for around one year and eight months. Her role involved overseeing recruitment strategies and enhancing the employer brand.
Earlier in her career, Jonna worked as Talent & Organizational Development Manager at Marimekko for nearly three years. She was responsible for planning and executing talent development activities, including talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Jonna also gained valuable experience as Recruitment & Employer Brand Manager at Lidl Suomi for about three years and one month, where she developed recruitment processes and managed employer branding activities. Additionally, she has held various roles at Mercuri Urval and Trainers’ House, starting as Junior Consultant and Marketing Coordinator respectively.
