Before joining the Air Force in this capacity, Harrigan served in a similar vein of human performance and holistic health at the United States Army, where he was the Holistic Health and Fitness Director at the Army Civilian Corps, stationed at Fort Drum, New York. This role underscored his capability to integrate physical conditioning and holistic wellness into the rigorous demands of military service.
Harrigan’s tenure at T3i, Inc. further emphasized his commitment to military readiness, where he notably served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Air Force Special Warfare Prep. His contributions significantly impacted the physical training and readiness of Air Force personnel, preparing them for the unique challenges of special warfare.
