New York, New York, United States, March 2026 — Tennr has appointed David Farber as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he joins the company’s leadership team to support financial strategy and execution as Tennr continues building solutions that help healthcare providers move patients from fax to first visit faster, while improving documentation readiness and reducing first-pass denials.
David Farber steps into the CFO position with experience spanning finance leadership, strategic planning, corporate development, and transaction execution across healthcare and technology environments. His background reflects a blend of operating finance leadership and deal-driven experience supporting growth, scale, and value creation.
Prior to joining Tennr, David Farber served as Chief Financial Officer at Radicle Health, where he led finance leadership responsibilities from New York. In this role, he worked across core finance priorities supporting business performance and organizational growth.
Earlier, he was part of Stack Overflow, where he led broad finance responsibilities including FP&A, business analytics, procurement, and corporate development, and contributed to major strategic outcomes for the business.
Before this, he worked with CloudPassage, contributing to strategic finance responsibilities within a security-focused technology environment and supporting finance execution through a period that included acquisition-related context.
Earlier in his career, he built deep transaction and advisory experience in investment banking at Pagemill Partners, a Kroll business, supporting corporate development outcomes and transaction execution in the technology, media, and telecommunications space.
Across earlier chapters of his journey, David Farber also contributed through roles in investment banking at Cantor Fitzgerald, along with early professional experience in consulting at The Keystone Group and audit at PwC, building a strong foundation in financial analysis, diligence, and business advisory work.
