In this role, he will lead business development initiatives, drive strategic growth, and strengthen commercial performance across energy and infrastructure markets in the region.
In his most recent role at KBR, Inc., Radhakrishnan P Parambath served as Senior Director Business Development – MENA, where he played a critical role in advancing regional growth strategies and strengthening client relationships across key markets. His contributions helped position the organization strongly within the Middle East energy and infrastructure ecosystem.
Prior to that, he held the position of Director Business Development – MENA at KBR, Inc., where he was instrumental in expanding business pipelines and driving strategic initiatives across multiple geographies within the region.
Earlier in his journey at KBR, Inc., he worked as Manager, Business Development – MENA, building a strong foundation in commercial strategy, proposal development, and client engagement, contributing to the company’s sustained growth in the Middle East.
Before joining KBR, he spent over a decade with Worley, where he held multiple leadership roles including Manager of Proposals across UAE, Iraq, and Australia. During this tenure, he developed deep expertise in proposal management, bid strategy, and large-scale project execution across energy and engineering sectors.
He began his professional journey with organizations such as Stork Engineers & Contractors and Dodsal & Company Muscat, where he gained early experience in procurement coordination and project support within the oil and gas sector.
