Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2024 – Debashree Mukherjee has taken on a new role as Assistant Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Khanna Paper Mills Ltd. She is enthusiastic about the challenges and opportunities that come with this position and is eager to contribute to the company’s growth and success.
Prior to joining Khanna Paper Mills, Debashree was the Head of Human Resources, FKOL, India at Fresenius Kabi. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing HR strategies, and driving organizational effectiveness.
Boehringer Ingelheim: Debashree worked at Boehringer Ingelheim for over six years, holding various significant roles. She served as the National HR Lead for Trajenta & Glyxambi, while also leading Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Her responsibilities included formulating HR strategies, driving change management, overseeing learning and development programs, and managing organizational health. Prior to this, she was the HR Lead for Diabetes – South & East, along with pan-India responsibility for Onco-Respi & Institution Business . She also served as the Corporate HR Lead and HR Lead for Animal Health & Consumer Health Care Business.
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories: Debashree held the position of Manager – Leadership Development at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories from May 2014 to December 2015, where she supported global leadership development initiatives. She also worked as a Deputy Manager – Human Resources from December 2011 to April 2014, focusing on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd.: From June 2008 to December 2011, Debashree was the Assistant Manager – Plant HR at Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd., where she was involved in restructuring compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational branding. She started her career at Haldia Petrochemicals as a Management Trainee – Plant HR from June 2006 to May 2008.
