In her new position, Debbie will lead the firm’s strategic hiring initiatives and talent acquisition operations across the United States, leveraging more than two decades of experience in technical recruiting and human resources.
Debbie has spent over 17 years at Electronic Search, Inc. as a Senior Recruiter and Talent Coordinator, establishing herself as a subject matter expert in telecommunications and wireless technology talent acquisition. She has consistently played a vital role in sourcing and placing top-tier technical talent while helping shape the firm’s strategic hiring practices.

Prior to this, Debbie served as Recruiting Supervisor at the same firm for over three years, where she managed a high-performing team of recruiters and helped drive the delivery of key client hiring mandates across complex technical domains.
Earlier in her career, Debbie also held multiple leadership roles at Delphi Academy of Chicago, including Business Manager, where she managed marketing, personnel, and HR operations. She was previously HR Manager at Electronic Search, Inc. from 1998 to 2000, during which she handled benefits administration, hiring, and training functions.
Her career began at Digital Lightwave in Florida as a Human Resources Representative, where she gained exposure to the high-tech industry and contributed as the HR representative on the ISO Steering Committee, focusing on quality and process improvement.
