Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2025 – Deepak Prateek Singh has taken on a new leadership role as Head – Talent Management & Organizational Development for Volvo Group, India. In this position, Deepak will be responsible for driving talent strategies, leadership development initiatives, and organizational transformation efforts across the Group’s India operations.
Deepak joins Volvo Group after a successful eight-year tenure at Accenture, where he held several critical HR leadership roles. Most recently, he served as AVP – Lead Talent Strategy & People Operations for the Data & AI practice in Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting Global Network in India. He led talent strategy and HR operations for over 2,000 employees, showcasing strong people management, innovation, and process design capabilities. Earlier, he was Lead – Talent Strategy, Lead – Total Rewards for 120,000+ employees, and Lead – Learning & Leadership Development, where he handled inclusion & diversity programs, onboarding, and account-specific leadership initiatives.
Earlier in his career at Accenture, Deepak held various specialized HR roles, including stints in Recruitment, Campus Hiring, and Accenture Ventures, working across geographies like Argentina and the Middle East. He collaborated closely with HR tech startups, managed innovation programs, and developed data-driven recruitment strategies across campuses and emerging business practices.
He began his professional journey as a TAP HR Specialist in Accenture’s Capability Network and Strategy practice. His early work focused on executive hiring, transformation consulting, automation, and process redesign for large global clients. His strong foundation across diverse HR verticals has enabled him to become a strategic leader capable of driving organizational change at scale.
