Singapore, May 2025 – Standard Chartered, a leading international banking group, has announced the appointment of Deepali Jain as Global Talent Acquisition Partner for Technology & Operations, placing her at the heart of the Bank’s digital transformation agenda. In this role, she will be responsible for designing and executing global strategies to attract top technology talent across the Bank’s operations, ensuring alignment with Standard Chartered’s commitment to innovation, customer-centricity, and digital-first banking.
Prior to this role, Deepali served at The Adecco Group, where she held multiple senior leadership roles including Chief of Staff to a Group Executive Committee Member, Vice President Transformation – APAC, and Managing Director of LHH Singapore. In these roles, she led strategic projects across APAC, drove organizational transformation, and contributed to leadership development and talent innovation for clients in over 12 markets.
Her earlier experiences include high-impact leadership roles at PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, and IBM, where she consistently led complex HR transformations, HR tech implementations, and workforce strategy engagements across Southeast Asia, China, India, and Europe. She is also currently a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and an Advisory Board Member at TeamLease Digital Global, showcasing her active involvement in shaping the future of work and HR technology.
