In her new role, she will lead the company’s human capital strategy, with a focus on strengthening talent capabilities to support dAIgnostiX’s mission of redefining radiodiagnostics through AI and clinical precision.
Prior to this appointment, Deepika served at Teleradiology Solutions for more than seven years, where she rose to the position of Associate Vice President Human Resources. Her tenure there was marked by her leadership in scaling HR practices, driving employee engagement, and overseeing HR operations across geographies including the United States and India.
She also held early HR and learning roles with Apollo Hospitals, Narayana Health, Apex Hospitals, and Fortis Escorts, where she contributed to HR transformation, learning and development initiatives, and talent acquisition in clinical environments. Her strong grounding in healthcare makes her well-positioned to lead HR at the intersection of medicine and AI innovation.
