Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, December 2025 — Deepshikha Bhardwaj has been appointed as Deputy Vice President- Human Resource at Namdev Finvest Private Limited. In this role, she joins the leadership team of the RBI-registered NBFC at a time when the organization continues to strengthen its presence in MSME and rural-focused financing across multiple states.
In her most recent assignment, Deepshikha Bhardwaj spent close to six years with IndusInd Bank as Regional Human Resource Manager, where she supported HR leadership across Rajasthan, working closely with business teams to drive people priorities in a large, regionally diverse environment.
Prior to this, she was associated with AU Small Finance Bank for about four years as Regional HR- Talent Acquisition, contributing to talent strategy and hiring for a fast-scaling banking ecosystem in the Greater Jaipur region.
Earlier in her career, she worked with MG Career Park (A Unit of MG Techno Savvy Pvt. Ltd.) for nearly two and a half years as Center Manager, managing center operations and supporting multiple people and administration responsibilities, including coordination with training, counseling, and franchise networks.
She also brings foundational early-career experience of around six years with Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd (MTS) as Technical Coordinator, where her responsibilities included complaint resolution oversight, customer coordination, MIS reporting, and process follow-through across the Jaipur circle.
Deepshikha Bhardwaj holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
