Hyderabad, Telangana, India, June 2025 – Deepti Pathak has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Aurore Life Sciences, marking a new chapter in her leadership journey with the organization. In this role, Deepti will lead the company’s human capital strategy, drive performance and culture transformation, and align people initiatives with Aurore’s growth in the global pharmaceutical space.
Deepti has been associated with Aurore Life Sciences for over four years, most recently serving as Deputy General Manager and Assistant General Manager, where she was responsible for leading the People and Culture team. Prior to that, she served as Lead HRBP, playing a key role in organizational development, performance management, and talent strategy across the business.
Before returning to Aurore, Deepti worked at Aizant Drug Research Solutions Pvt Ltd for nearly two years, where she led Learning & Organizational Development, Performance, and Employee Experience. She also served as a Senior HR Business Partner, championing employee engagement and business alignment.
Her earlier professional journey includes several impactful years at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where she held roles such as HR Business Partner, Human Resources Intern, and Research Scientist. These diverse roles enabled her to bring deep domain knowledge in pharmaceuticals along with strong HR and talent development capabilities.
Deepti began her career as a Technical Trainee at Dr. Reddy’s, building foundational knowledge of scientific operations that later supported her HR leadership across technical domains. Her brief stint as a Consultant at EY further enhanced her perspective on strategic HR consulting and business advisory.
