DenaRae Walter Appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Cynosure Lutronic

DenaRae Walter has become the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Cynosure Lutronic after the completion of the merger process between Cynosure and Lutronic. This strategic combination creates a global leader in medical aesthetic systems with a diversified, innovative product portfolio and a commercial presence in over 130 countries. 

Walter brings to Cynosure Lutronic an extensive background in human resources, talent management, and organizational development, honed over decades of experience at the forefront of the HR industry.

Prior to her latest role, Walter served as the Global Head of Human Resources at Cynosure, LLC, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the organizational culture and implementing HR metrics that drive performance and development. Her tenure at Cynosure was preceded by impactful roles at Insulet Corporation as Senior Director, Global Talent Development and Inclusion, and at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. as Director of Leadership and Professional Development. In these positions, Walter excelled in developing and executing strategies focused on talent development, inclusion, and leadership, underscoring her commitment to enhancing organizational capabilities and fostering inclusive workplaces.

Walter’s experience also includes serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Provant Health and holding various leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. In these capacities, she demonstrated an adept ability to develop talent, manage performance, and lead organizational change, further establishing her reputation as a leader in human resources and talent development. Her early career also saw her contributing her skills to A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., and teaching communications at Saint Louis University, adding to her diverse skill set and deep understanding of effective communication and training.
