Atlanta, Georgia, United States, August 2024 – Tiffany Mills has joined Incident IQ as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Tiffany will oversee all HR initiatives, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development to support the company’s strategic goals and workforce capabilities.
Tiffany Mills has started her role as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Incident IQ, based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. She will lead HR strategies to drive organizational success. Previously, Tiffany served as the Vice President of People at MessageGears, where she led the global People department for over two years.
Before that, Tiffany was the Human Resources Director at Intradiem for three years, where she led a diverse HR group, improved attrition rates, and implemented culture-focused programs that significantly increased eNPS. Her leadership in benefits renewal and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives was instrumental in fostering an inclusive and engaged workplace.
Tiffany also held various roles at CareerBuilder, including Manager of Operations Training and Development, where she managed a team to drive retention through new hire programs and strategic planning. She has extensive experience in training and development, having designed and implemented various training programs in previous positions at SapientNitro and CIO Partners.
