Previously, Laurel served as the Senior Human Resources Leader at Lewis Tree Service, where she led HR initiatives for over a year. Her role involved developing and implementing HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
Before that, Laurel was the Senior Human Resources Director for Americas Commercial and Global IT at CooperVision for three years. She was responsible for HR leadership across multiple regions, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
Laurel also held several significant roles at Corning Incorporated, including Senior Human Resources Leader for Corning Shared Services and Senior Human Resources Leader for Corning Information Technology. Her tenure at Corning spanned three years, where she managed HR functions and contributed to the company’s strategic HR initiatives.
