Singapore, June 2024 – Sean Wee has joined Synergy FST as the new Chief People Officer. With a strong background in human resources and strategic management across the Asia-Pacific region, Sean is set to drive the company’s people strategy and enhance workforce engagement.
Sean Wee previously served as Managing Director, ASEAN at LINKTRIX Consultants, Asia Pacific. In this role, he was instrumental in talent attraction, providing end-to-end recruitment and HR solutions across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
Sean was the Director Business Advisory & International Mobility, SEA at One Asia Consultants. He provided multifaceted advisory services including digital transformation, growth hacking, strategic marketing, international mobility, market expansion, and talent acquisition across Southeast Asia.
Sean also founded Growth Tech Asia, a company dedicated to business growth strategies and customer segmentation in the Southeast Asian market. He led the company until January 2021.
Prior to this, Sean held various leadership roles, including Director at Helo and Consentium, and Head of Human Resource, Asia at DEI (Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging). He was also a Global HR Business Partner at Space Matrix Design Consultants and a Regional HR Business Partner & Oracle Superuser Asia Pacific at NOV.
