In this role, Denetria will lead HR strategies, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, aiming to enhance the company’s culture and support its vision of creating meaningful community connections.
Denetria joins Lifestyle Communities after serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for Tractor Supply Company for 3 years and 5 months, where she played a key role in driving HR initiatives for store operations across the region.
Before Tractor Supply, Denetria worked at Dollar General for over 6 years, holding various HR positions, including Senior Human Resources Manager, Employee Relations Manager, and Talent Acquisition Representative. Her tenure at Dollar General focused on strengthening employee relations, implementing HR strategies, and supporting talent acquisition.
Denetria began her HR career at Thomas & Company, where she spent 8 years as a Senior Unemployment Claims Analyst, developing expertise in HR operations, client relations, and claims management.
