Rochester, New York, United States, December 2024 – Desiree Dickey has been appointed as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Conifer Realty, a nationally recognized leader in affordable housing development and management. In her new role, Desiree will lead strategic recruitment initiatives, refine hiring processes, and ensure the alignment of talent acquisition strategies with the company’s mission of providing high-quality, affordable housing.
Desiree brings over two decades of experience across talent acquisition, hospitality, and sales. Before joining Conifer Realty, she served as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Coast Professional, Inc., where she managed a talent acquisition team, developed recruitment metrics, and sourced candidates for senior-level roles across various functions.
Prior to that, she held multiple leadership roles at Marriott International, including Assistant General Manager, where she managed operations, finance, and compliance for the Residence Inn Newark Elizabeth/Liberty International Airport. She also excelled as Director of Sales and Marketing at Concord Hospitality Enterprises, where she led marketing strategies and oversaw a sales team to drive revenue growth.
Earlier in her career, Desiree worked as a New Jersey Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Weichert Realtors, connecting clients with professional agents and leveraging her expertise in local markets.
