New Delhi, Delhi, India, April 2025 – Dev Jha has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at India Glycols Limited (IGL), a pioneering company in green chemicals and bio-based manufacturing. With over 18 years of human capital leadership experience across leading industrial and manufacturing organizations, Dev brings deep strategic insight in aligning people, culture, and sustainability with business transformation.
Prior to joining India Glycols, Dev served as Head of Human Resources at MYK LATICRETE India Pvt. Ltd., where he led the HR function during a period of organizational growth and operational expansion across six plants and a national distributor network. His strategic HR leadership supported talent management, executive development, and total rewards initiatives.

Earlier, Dev held the role of Head – People & Culture at Vesuvius India & South East Asia, a British-engineered multinational where he implemented high-impact HR strategies, revamped the function, built a leadership pipeline, and drove performance culture. He was also part of the core leadership and sustainability team, reflecting his strong alignment with ESG goals.
Dev also served as Head HRBP for India at Carrier Midea, where he restructured HR operations in a joint venture environment and led a series of award-winning initiatives in change management, capability building, and cost efficiencies. His contributions helped the HR team win the HR Excellence Award across Carrier Midea’s global operations.
Earlier in his career, Dev spent nearly a decade at Videocon Consumer Durables, where he played a pivotal role in transforming HR from an administrative to a strategic function. His foundational HR experience was shaped during early stints at SRL Ranbaxy Ltd and TATA Infomedia.
