New York, United States, March 2026 – Devon Siegel has been appointed as Chief People Officer at REGAL, marking a significant step in her leadership journey as the company continues to scale its AI-driven customer experience platform.
Devon has been with REGAL for nearly four years and most recently served as Senior Vice President, People, where she played a key role in building and scaling the company’s people function. Prior to that, she held the role of Vice President, People, contributing to the organization’s rapid growth, which has been recognized through accolades such as Deloitte Fast 500 and Inc. 5000 rankings.
Before joining REGAL, Devon served as Vice President of People at Reonomy, where she led talent, HR, and employee experience initiatives during a period of rapid expansion before the company’s acquisition by Altus Group. Following the acquisition, she also contributed as VP, Global Employee Experience & Communications and Integration Lead at Altus Group, supporting post-merger integration and employee engagement strategies.
Earlier in her career, Devon held leadership roles at Betts Recruiting, where she advanced to Director of Sales, leading high-performing teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets. She began her professional journey in sales and business development roles at SinglePlatform, gaining strong commercial and customer engagement experience.
In addition to her corporate role, Devon is actively involved in the HR and leadership community as an Advisor at candidate.fyi and a member of leadership networks including Chief and CPOHQ.
