Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 — Dharmendra Singh has started a new role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Director at Prystine Food and Beverages Private Limited, the company behind Blue Pine and Silver Pine artesian water brands. Based in Gurugram, Dharmendra will lead the organisation’s overall strategy, operations, and growth agenda, with a strong focus on scaling premium water brands across India’s retail, HoReCa, and institutional channels.
In his role as CEO & Director, Dharmendra holds responsibility for business strategy, P&L, sales and distribution expansion, channel partnerships, and brand building. His appointment reflects Prystine Food and Beverages’ focus on strengthening leadership to accelerate national growth and reinforce its positioning in the premium and luxury beverage segment.
Dharmendra brings extensive leadership experience across beverages, FMCG, and HoReCa-led businesses. Prior to this appointment, he served as HoReCa Head – Consultant at HELL ENERGY PVT LTD, where he supported the brand’s market entry and expansion strategy across India’s hotels, restaurants, catering, and institutional segments. His consulting mandate covered product placement, brand visibility initiatives, manpower hiring, training, and onboarding of specialised distribution partners.
Earlier, Dharmendra was associated with Prystine Food and Beverages Private Limited as Business Unit Head – Blue Pine Artesian Water, where he led business planning, P&L management, sales and distribution strategy, new product development, and stakeholder partnerships, building a strong foundation for the brand’s premium market presence.
His career also includes senior sales leadership roles such as National Sales Manager at Kelzai Secrets Pvt Ltd., Regional Sales Manager at VEEN Waters India Pvt. Ltd, and National Head – HoReCa at Narang Group. He began his career with Shaw Wallace & Co., handling institutional business and building deep expertise in on-trade and HoReCa sales.
