Akron, Ohio, United States, February 2025 – Diana Fleming has taken on the role of Director, Human Resources Americas Technology Center & CFNA at Bridgestone Americas. In this capacity, she will oversee HR strategy, talent development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and compliance for both the Americas Technology Center and CFNA Financial Solutions. Her leadership will be instrumental in fostering a high-performing workforce and aligning HR initiatives with Bridgestone’s long-term business goals.
Diana has been with Bridgestone Americas for over eight years, where she held several HR leadership roles. Before her current position, she was Senior Human Resources Manager, Mobility Solutions and Strategic Initiatives, leading HR strategy and workforce planning initiatives for key business units. Prior to that, she served as Human Resources Director at CFNA (Credit First National Association), where she managed HR operations, talent development programs, and strategic workforce initiatives to support Bridgestone’s financial services division.
Before joining Bridgestone, Diana was with The Timken Company for over three years, holding key HR roles such as Senior HR/OA Generalist and Workforce Analytics Lead. In these roles, she played a crucial part in talent development, performance management, and business transformation initiatives, helping strengthen employee engagement and leadership succession planning.
Earlier in her career, Diana worked at Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) as a Human Resources Graduate Intern, where she gained experience in labor relations, employee engagement, and recruitment strategies. She later joined Eaton Corporation as a Human Resources Graduate Intern, supporting compensation analysis, HRIS implementation, and talent strategy execution.
Her HR career began at Darden Restaurants – Red Lobster, where she held HR and management roles, overseeing employee hiring, training programs, and compliance initiatives. This early experience provided her with a strong foundation in employee relations, policy development, and workforce operations.
