With over six years at NAPA, Diana brings deep institutional knowledge, cross-functional expertise, and a proven track record of operational excellence to her new leadership role.
Diana joined NAPA in 2019 as Senior Director, Project Management, where she spearheaded strategic initiatives across HR and operations. Her success led to her appointment as Senior Director of Service Delivery & PMO, and later as Vice President of Service Delivery, a role she held for over four years. In these positions, she played a pivotal role in modernizing service delivery models and enhancing the efficiency of HR operations across the organization.
Prior to NAPA, Diana spent over six years at Quest Diagnostics, where she held multiple roles, including Operations Director, Relationship Management Director, and Project Manager for the HR Service Center. At Quest, she led the transformation of the company’s HR function by designing and launching a 95-person HR shared services center, implemented in phases across the organization.
Diana’s earlier career included a long tenure at AmeriPath, where she served as HR Director and Benefits Director, overseeing end-to-end benefits strategy and compliance. Her journey in HR began with foundational roles at Bethesda Memorial Hospital and Terra Industries, where she developed her early expertise in benefits coordination.
