Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab, India, January 2026 — Satia Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Dibyakant K. Singh as Vice President – Human Resources. In this role, Singh will lead the organisation’s people strategy, industrial relations, talent development, compliance governance and workforce transformation agenda across Satia’s integrated paper and textile manufacturing operations.
Dibyakant K. Singh has rejoined Satia Industries Limited as Vice President – Human Resources, returning to strengthen leadership capability, industrial relations frameworks and organisational effectiveness across manufacturing and corporate functions.
Most recently, he served as Vice President at Oswal Group, where he led people strategy, compliance governance and workforce transformation across multi-location operations in Punjab.
Earlier, Singh was Chief People Officer at Trident Group India, leading enterprise HR transformation, industrial relations, leadership development and people governance for large manufacturing operations.
He previously served as Vice President – Human Resources at Satia Industries Limited, where he strengthened IR stability, compliance architecture and workforce capability across the company’s manufacturing footprint.
His leadership journey also includes a long tenure at Oswal Group as Associate Vice President, where he drove HR transformation and industrial relations across textile manufacturing operations.
Earlier in his career, Singh held HR leadership roles at Varun Beverages Limited, Centex Fabrics Exports Unit, and Trident Group India, building deep expertise in manufacturing HR, social compliance, industrial relations and large workforce management.
He holds an Executive Management Development Program (EMDP) in Strategy Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
