Tel Aviv, Israel, January 2025 – Tal Raziel-Yosef has joined Shield as the Chief People Officer, where she will lead HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development to support the company’s growth and expansion in digital communications compliance. In this role, she will focus on enhancing workplace culture, developing leadership programs, and strengthening Shield’s people-first approach.
Before joining Shield, Tal served as Chief People Officer at Dynamic Yield by Mastercard, where she played a key role in HR leadership, talent strategy, and employee integration post-acquisition by Mastercard. She built and led a global HR team, managed organizational development, and contributed to reducing employee turnover while enhancing engagement metrics.

Prior to that, Tal spent 13 years at IBM, holding several HR leadership roles, including IBM Systems HR Manager and HR Partner for The Israel Software Lab. She managed HR teams supporting business units with hundreds of employees, provided strategic guidance to senior leadership, and oversaw talent acquisition, employee retention, and organizational change initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she served as HR Manager at Sapiens, where she gained extensive experience in organizational development, leadership training, and policy implementation, supporting business transformations and growth.
