Bielefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, July 2024 – Dieter Schoon has been promoted to Chief People Officer at NTT DATA Business Solutions. With over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational development, Dieter is set to lead the global people strategy for the organization, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and HR transformation.
Dieter Schoon has been with NTT DATA Business Solutions for approximately 6 years and 9 months. In his new role as Chief People Officer, he will continue to build on his expertise in global human resources and organizational development. Prior to this promotion, Dieter served as EVP Global People for 6 years and 9 months, where he was responsible for global HR strategies and initiatives.
Before joining NTT DATA Business Solutions, Dieter had a long tenure at itelligence, starting in August 2004, where he held various roles, including Executive Vice President Head of Global Human Resources. During his time at itelligence, he was instrumental in growing the organization from around 930 employees to over 3800 employees, overseeing strategic and operational HR issues worldwide.
Earlier in his career, Dieter worked as an HR/OE Managing Consultant at Gemini Consulting from 1992 to 2000 in Bad Homburg, Germany.
