Diksha Uniyal brings over 12 years of rich experience in leadership hiring and human capital advisory, having spent her entire career with Michael Page, one of the world’s leading recruitment consulting firms. During her tenure of more than a decade, she held multiple leadership roles across domains including Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and Healthcare & Lifesciences. Most recently, she served as Associate Director – Human Resources and Sales & Marketing at Michael Page India, where she led senior-level mandates across industries and partnered with CHROs and business leaders on critical talent decisions.

Prior to this, Diksha was Associate Director – Human Resources & Healthcare Lifesciences Practice, where she expanded Michael Page’s HR vertical, building deep partnerships across pharmaceutical, healthcare, and FMCG sectors. Her strong consultative approach and ability to align leadership hiring with strategic business outcomes positioned her as one of the firm’s most trusted advisors.

Earlier, as Manager and Senior Consultant – Human Resources Practice, she specialized in hiring mid-to-senior HR professionals across diverse industries including BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, and IT. Her early experience as part of Michael Page’s Analytics Practice gave her exposure to the intersection of data, talent, and business strategy — a foundation that continues to define her approach to leadership search today.

An alumna of IMI Delhi, Diksha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management, which has shaped her strong understanding of organizational behavior, leadership dynamics, and business alignment — qualities that will further strengthen James Douglas India’s leadership advisory practice.
