Cairo, Egypt, March 2025 – Dina El-Shamy has joined Summit Technology Solutions as the new People & Culture Corporate HR Director. In her new role, she will be responsible for steering the company’s HR strategy, fostering a culture of performance and engagement, and enhancing organizational effectiveness across Summit’s regional operations.
Dina brings over 15 years of experience in human resources and organizational development across various sectors including real estate, insurance, automotive, and telecom. Her proven expertise in employee relations, compensation & benefits, and transformation initiatives will play a key role in supporting Summit’s growth and people-first vision.
Prior to joining Summit Technology Solutions, Dina El-Shamy served as Human Resources Director at Cred Developments for over two years, where she led a wide spectrum of HR initiatives ranging from employee engagement to policy development and organizational design.
Before that, she was Human Resources Director at Castle Development, where she contributed to building scalable HR practices during a phase of rapid growth and transformation.
Earlier, Dina served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Equity Egypt, where she played a pivotal role in talent acquisition and organizational structuring for large-scale development projects.
She spent over five years as HR Manager at BMW Egypt Insurance (AlSheraa), overseeing organizational development, compensation planning, performance management systems, and strategic HR policies.
Dina also held roles at Multi Marque Group, Tawasol Telecom, and the Federation of Egyptian Industries, managing broad HR portfolios, transitions, and cross-functional responsibilities that included recruitment, C&B, training, and corporate events.
