In her new role, Dina will oversee strategic HR initiatives across the MENA region, ensuring that Alshaya Group’s people-centric culture continues to thrive. Her leadership will be pivotal in driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development across diverse markets and sectors.
Dina Z. Hammoud brings over 22 years of experience at Alshaya Group, demonstrating an exceptional track record of contributions to HR leadership. Prior to her promotion, Dina served as the MENA People Director, where she was instrumental in shaping people strategies aligned with the group’s dynamic growth.

Before that, she held the position of HR Director – Core Services, where she managed core HR functions across the group. Her earlier roles include Director of HR Business Partnering and Senior HR Business Partner, showcasing her consistent rise through the ranks due to her expertise and strategic mindset.
Dina’s career at Alshaya began with positions such as Recruitment Manager and HR Manager, where she built robust recruitment strategies and contributed to the company’s talent acquisition excellence. Her journey from retail-based roles to senior HR leadership highlights her deep understanding of the business and people operations.
