Olga Garcia brings a wealth of experience in human resources and payroll management to her new role at Trax Retail. Prior to this appointment, Olga served as Director of Global Recruitment, Payroll, and HR Operations at Trax, where she contributed significantly to refining global payroll systems, enhancing recruitment practices, and streamlining HR operations. During her tenure, she demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing global teams and driving operational efficiency.

Before joining Trax, Olga worked as a Payroll Consultant, where she advised clients on improving global payroll services and implementing best practices. Her efforts included optimizing payroll systems, ensuring compliance, and managing payroll transactions with precision.

Previously, Olga held the position of Global Payroll Manager at SoftBank Group International, where she shaped the strategic vision for payroll operations, overseeing both domestic and international payroll processes. She also played a key role in developing new procedures to enhance operational workflows.

Earlier in her career, Olga served as a Payroll Coordinator at Spotify, where she managed payroll operations across the LATAM region, supervised staff, and collaborated with HR teams to align payroll practices with company policies. Her dedication to innovation and efficiency significantly improved processes and productivity during her tenure.

Olga’s career foundation includes roles as an Accountant at American Airlines and Senior Accounting Analyst at OneClick – Apple Premier Partner, where she honed her financial management skills. Her early career began as an Office Manager Assistant at GCHomes, where she gained experience in administrative and operational roles.
