Sarah’s career at UFS Tech spans nearly a decade, showcasing her commitment to the company’s mission. Most recently, she served as Director of Employee and Customer Experience, where she played a critical role in aligning employee engagement initiatives with customer satisfaction strategies. Her contributions were instrumental in enhancing the organization’s overall experience for both employees and clients.
Before that, Sarah held the role of Executive Partner, where she collaborated closely with the CEO and leadership team to execute strategic business initiatives, including leadership development, strategic planning, and communication processes. Her journey at UFS Tech began as Marketing Coordinator, where she successfully managed event planning, brand development, and marketing strategies.
Beyond UFS Tech, Sarah’s career highlights include serving as Special Events Manager at GiGi’s Playhouse, where she led marquee fundraising events, and as the Owner of Rickaby Events, LLC, where she demonstrated her expertise in event planning and graphic design. Additionally, her nine-year tenure as Director of Creative Arts at RiverGlen Christian Church reflects her ability to lead creative teams and execute large-scale initiatives effectively.
